The location was perfect. Only steps away from the Capitol building. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was spacious and had an expansive space like a sitting room with a couch and an extra TV which our kids enjoyed a lot. We were offered complimentary drinks at the bar in the evenings which was quite nice. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and tasty options (the lemon poppy seed cake was delicious), and we all enjoyed our omelettes that were made to order. I also used the gym with brand new equipment and Peloton bikes.

The free drink vouchers were a pleasant perk, as well as the laundry facilities on site. The room was set up great when we arrived, with all the necessary amenities. Our family of 6 fit well, and it was easy to set up the sofa bed. The blackout curtain worked very well. Our family enjoyed the selection of options on the TV, and there was a good amount of space to store the food we brought. The breakfast options were great, and the omelettes were amazing! I personally enjoyed the Garden Veggie option.

The first people we encountered when arriving at the hotel were the Valet staff and I can't say enough about how helpful they were. Traffic and parking was a nightmare and the valet staff very graciously accommodated us. Also, Emily at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. My reservation on Booking.com did not transfer over to the hotel so she researched and found the issue and called me to let me know why.

Room was very clean and spacious and had all facilities. The bed was very comfortable. The room had facilities to allow modern cables to directly plug in. The breakfast gave a lot of choice and used reusable cutlery and plates / dishes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location near the centre of downtown Madison was excellent. The happy hour scheme at the bar was brilliant - and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced.

The customer service was excellent! Rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. The lobby and restaurant area is beautiful. They have $3 happy hour cocktail time. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, including a chef made omelette station. I will definitely go again, if given the opportunity.

Location was great, walkable to many resturants and the Capital. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. And the daily happy hour was a huge hit.

My friends and I loved the vallet parking, the happy hour 2 free drinks from 5:30 to 7:00. Most hotels have happy hour 4:30-5:30…which is too early. The room was very clean and accommodated to my handicap with the walk-in shower.
